Are You in Debt to the IRS?

I used Turbo Tax, then decided to check it out on another site. Two different results! So I tried 2 more sites. Each time I got different results while entering the same information.
Ok, I just tried it on TaxAct as some of you suggested. Now I have a completely different result.

Please only answer if you do know the correct answer…….I recently had the Canadian student loan people garnish 80% of my tax return–Can they legally take that much?
